Lee and Nicola live in Birmingham and have spent many happy holidays at Dunster Beach with friends and family.

They purchased chalet 263 in September 2017 and are looking forward to many more happy times at Dunster Beach and welcoming others to do the same.

Number 263 Dunster Beach is a relaxed chalet that sleeps up to 4 people. The chalet has been fully refurbished inside and out and includes a shower room. 

To the front of the chalet is a small fenced garden with seating and sea views.

To the rear of the chalet there is a small fenced garden with seating overlooking Hawn Lake (the lake is fully enclosed).  The rear of the property gets the sun for most of the day.

There is dedicated off road parking to the side of the chalet.

With features including;

  • Fully furnished kitchen (cooker with fan oven, fridge and microwave)

  • Fully refurbished shower room with heated towel rail

  • Lounge area including seating and dining Facilities

  • Private patio area front and rear (sea view from front) with furniture, sun loungers and a parasol.

  • Separate bedroom area with a full size double bed, single wardrobe and bedside table with three drawers

  • Pulldown small double (4ft) bed in Lounge

  • Flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview channels and a large selection of DVD's

  • DAB radio

  • Wall mounted electric radiator

  • Personal secure Wi-Fi

There is an on-site grocery shop/cafe. Other amenities include tennis courts, shower/toilet blocks, laundry, crazy golf and dedicated bbq area.

The chalet is no smoking and we do not allow pets.
